React Developer & Frontend Engineer
The React Developer track immerses you in modern frontend engineering. You will create polished, accessible, and blazing-fast user interfaces for commercial web applications, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers in our Jaipur tech hub or remotely.

What You Will Build & Deliver
Hands-on responsibilities during your tenure:
- Build reusable, accessible, and modular React components using clean modern design systems.
- Optimize client-side rendering performance, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), and bundle sizes.
- Implement state management and server-state caching using React Query / TanStack Query.
- Connect frontend components to REST APIs and handle loading, error, and optimistic UI states.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and high accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Collaborate on GitHub with pull requests, peer reviews, and automated linting.
Who We Are Looking For
Prerequisites and profile expectations:
- Strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals (closures, promises, async/await, array methods).
- Solid experience building interactive components with React and React Hooks.
- Proficiency with CSS, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and utility frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with git version control and component-driven development.
- A portfolio of personal or academic web projects showcasing clean UI design.
